Office Safety Procedures during Covid-19

We value the safety and security of our clients and staff. Therefore, we have instituted the following procedures.

• The waiting room has been arranged for appropriate physical distancing.

• Our staff and lawyers will maintain social distancing.

• Meetings will be available remotely on Zoom, Facetime, WebEx, or Skype.

• Our lawyers and staff maintain safe distancing

• Hand sanitizer that contains at least 75% alcohol is available at our reception. 
• We will space clients so as appointments do not overlap.

• We ask all clients to arrive on time. 

• We will thoroughly sanitize commonly touched areas after each use.

• Physical contact is not permitted.

• Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. 

• Common areas are thoroughly disinfected at regular intervals.
